Sam's funeral, a celebration of his life, will take place at Exeter & Devon Crematorium on Friday 25th October 2019 at 2:30 pm.

Because Sam was such a bright and colourful character, please would everyone wear at least one brightly coloured item in honour of him.

Following the service, a wake will be held at Tiverton Rugby Club.
