Sam - our cheeky childhood friend growing up. Your effervescent personality lit up the room and you were always so fun to be around. Matt and I will always treasure time spent playing with you, Steph, and Shaun when you all lived across the road from us. We remember spending long summer days going around the block on our bikes and scooters, playing on the green behind your house, and climbing trees. A memory that sticks out for both of us is when you first moved to Tiverton and we came to visit you. We saw the room you shared with Shaun and we all had the idea to push the bedroom furniture together to create a ‘wrestling ring’ where we would take it in turns to attempt the signature moves of our favourite wrestlers. I wonder if your mum knew about that (sorry, Sharon!). Some burn bright but not for long and you certainly shone, Sam. With love and fond memories – Elis and Matt.
